suppose it will tune to all frequencies with it been a 1415f, 17f dose't tune to all frequencies you can injet your own stereo into them too, with this one i'm not sure

It is a 1415f pll, it has 87.5Mhz to 108Mhz and left and right input for stereo Fm

I remember the old Freddos'page had a project with the 1415, lcd and pic16f628
There is a mirror of that web somewhere. With hex and all. Maybe only adapt some wiring it may work without getting the exact firmware for that board.
