where can I get hex file to control this BH!415F pll

suppose it will tune to all frequencies with it been a 1415f, 17f dose't tune to all frequencies :) you can injet your own stereo into them too, with this one i'm not sure

It is a 1415f pll, it has 87.5Mhz to 108Mhz and left and right input for stereo Fm

I remember the old Freddos'page had a project with the 1415, lcd and pic16f628
There is a mirror of that web somewhere. With hex and all. Maybe only adapt some wiring it may work without getting the exact firmware for that board.

It may not work is the diagram is not identical, and that Turkish guy seems to have been giving the software for his one away - your best bet would be to contact him. He has a amateur radio callsign TB5CVN and when you search it a ton of stuff comes up at thingverse, github and pcbway, he probably be pleased someone wants to build his project. :tup
