108FM London Spotify FM YouTube Radio WTF?

....Something seems to have popped up on 108.0FM in London last couple of day ago.
Terrible glitchy audio and sounds like someone on a phone playing music from Spotify/YouTube/Facebook but it's not an iTrip and strong signal East London and weak signal on the South London online SDR tuner.

Yes I heard it to but it's so rubbishy I didn't wait for any id and I had it from the M11 and the M25 and I checked again in Windsor and is still there and going slightly off subject I found house fm on dab and is the weakest one by far just got it around the north eastern M25 for about 6 miles

It was also heard in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, so it was obviously reaching out quite far if you also had it out in Windsor etc.
....Very strange behavior to put a rig up somewhere and come on air like that.
