Fm dial I think I am hearing Danish or Swedish or Norwegian. 95.6 and other places 94.7 French. Dutch 100.1, 104.4. 102.1 Studio preso ? Something like that, might be Flemish - Belgian... not quite as much akka laka lacht sounding as Dutch. Not sure.
102.1 Studio brussels, might be tropo into south east /east areas, might be good on east coast going north ?
104.3 something punkt . nl that's far if tropo very hissy

The dial is Glowing 88-108 , spin the wheel to light those Red LEDs , see signal needle rise.

Your post made me think of it, years ago I remember recording, some kind of continuous disco mix euro high nrg, think it was called radio 538, the first time I heard one coming through on fm. I looked it up apparently the numbers relate to the frequency the offshore station radio veronica used to broadcast on. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_538
I do hear studio brussels, the dutch station on 100.1 mixing with classic fm from sutton coldfield is usually the first sign here of a big lift. 98, is french culture it is regularly received on the wakefield sdr
