Anyone know these RF power transistors?

Everything technical about radio can be discussed here, whether it's transmitting or receiving. Guides, charts, diagrams, etc. are all welcome.

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with any of these 12v RF power transistors because I can't seem to find any data for them??

TP2313 (TRW)
RF2123A (SSM)
ON751 (Philips)
BLX69AA (Philips)
SRF1310 (Motorola)
PT8727 (TRW)

TP2313 - 5 Watts, 225MHz (weird, I know) 9dB gain. At Band II, I could get about 9 Watts, but hot!

SRF1310 - was used in a taxi radio.... 10 Watts, 175MHz as I remember. Not much gain.
