I like to sometimes like to hear into stations form other areas online, hear how many cow pats have been dropped this week, how the country stiles repair are doing and about Mrs. Smiths apple pie stall on the green, who grew the biggest marrows this year, how the local tractor are doing and of course the village summer fayre. But no...... not possible !

How come, anyone get these working ?

May be my pc is broken for the streams, youtube plays ok.

The first the website works, can’t see a link to listen, the 2nd frome fm works is playing, the 3rd is also playing

maybe try this one aswell, has lengthy traffic updates, gas is been rerouted, part of a road is collapsing quite funny, sounds like the whole area is to be avoided

GFM seems to be GWS now and the stream works ok... can be ok to hear at times, quite relaxing station for Glastonbury, Wells and Street 3 small towns within a few miles of each other.

GWS does not mention about being on 107.1 fm though like the GFM website.. though GWS does have an image on their site showing
GFM 107.1 on the side of some promo tent/van or something. Actually the stream just said 107.1FM so much be on.

I know it is not pirate sorry but has a slight interest, could imagine driving around there listening at 10:43 on a Saturday night or something on a drizzly night looking out of the windscreen on the country lanes. Back home to bed, coffees and cake in the high road the next morning, pop over to the tack shops.

It plays some things you don't normally hear sometimes. Not always but worth a listen I find. I wonder what the furthest coverage location would be on FM.. probably some good high spots in the Somserset hills.

I wonder of professor Alice Roberts listens in ?

Maybe they could have someone called the Gman if its called Gfm, I though I was hearing a pirate on an sdr I was listening afew weeks ago, the dj had a deep bassy voice was playing dance, turned out to be north manchester radio a community station. They do have better signals than pirates as I suppose their stuff will likely to be taken away anyway
