I have one of those. I couldnt get it to work with RDS. I think the low pass filter on the audio input stops the signal. You may be able to direct in and bypass the audio filter. Use stereo tool on a pc for RDS

search for jpl995 board they are 60 euros and work well. Then output that into one of the aliexpress 200 watt amps. Stereo tool provides rds and stereo pilot

I'd recommend the Pira MRDS1322 but the nice app with all bells and whistles is pay only.
It happened that I built my own coder using their pre-programmed microcontroller, to find out that to load it, I have to use a crappy old Windows app that barely works.

That was back in 2015. I have two of them now and they both perform well

So these are the little greek boards, I don’t know what they were like, I was interested at one point in a driver/exciter to play about with it, got told it was already dead, didn’t seem good they could rip that way. Didn’t seem to have much luck with these things, got a bare nrg pll board before spent ages getting all the components, didn’t work none of the components would stick.
