I could, but it probably wouldn't do you much good - you need to calculate the loop filter values to suit the rest of the PLL - VCO sensitivity, reference frequency, raster size, loop damping and all the other dozen or so parameters all have an effect on the component values - it's NOT a "one size fits all" design.
Take a look at the Philips PLL design guide and Horowitz & Hill's "Art Of Electronics" for good ways to calculate loop filters. There are a few "online calculators", but most of them are useless. There's no "easy fix" - you're going to have to do some real electronics!
