Yeah to be fair as soon as I woke up this morning I tried it and it worked but yesterday wasn't working on mobile or laptop, must of been maintenance!

Actually when I tried yesterday, although the main site was working well, it would not open the manual I wanted to download. So it probably wasn't you!
