As you say it was on Weston SDR around S5 to S7, but oddly not on any nearby SDR's, Bristol, and Cornwall for example. Nothing heard on Twente either, further east HCJB was heard in Russian, so it's not a great channel, 7395kHz would be better.

Thanks for that oddtech. I agree. It's not the best of frequencies. Maybe they will see this post and consider changing frequency.

Ground wave? Any announcements on it besides the Caroline relay?

scotish guy was relaying caroline over shortwave a few weeks ago, wonder why we get relays of them, i’m guessing it must be just fans of it, think it was 6.325 anyway.

No announcements just the RC relay, don't think it was groundwave, it was fading too much. I suppose it's possible that the Weston SDR has a decent antenna, a lot of SDR's use discones, great for above 30MHz, crap for HF.

Most likely explanation! Thanks.

Looks like they were reading this board, 7395kHz now, relaying RC again, on multiple SDR's from Country Mayo to Sweden. Strangely still nothing on Twente, but strong on Groningen SDR
