WK-END 87.9 Northampton

Was in RDS now its not. Only in mono.
Keeps going dead air then audio is playing.

I am in Northampton today and no signal at the moment on 87.9

87.9FM WK-END is back. Good signal. Even getting it into Leicester, Lutterworth, Husband Bosworth. Patchy in Market Harborough. Clear elsewhere. Only in Mono but if i was in stereo the signal wouldnt be as strong in places. I wonder if its still 160watts or more? and if its coming from the same building then before (no named mentioned and yes its a public forum) but i think they managed to get the aerial higher for better signal/distance. Higher the better. On a building/tower block should clear it by 4m to get the signal out then the building to act as a reflector if its only 1m high from the roof etc.

That in when radio is much harder to get people to listen and keep the tx broadcast alive...We're the best atm? Its very hard to be a Network!?

It was banging out now its a dead carrier. Sort it out please...Leicester has a pirate station again. Parts of Leicester its clear. Must be coming from a high up spot. Rather then Northampton Town Centre!

From what i understand youve done it on purpose to save data while people are sleeping. Alot of routers can stop data at certain times of the day. Some dell laptops/pcs you can turn the laptop off at 11pm and set in the bios to come on everyday at 8am etc.
