MRF300AN RF Power Fet
Is there anyone who has gained some experience with the MRF300AN?
This "new" generation 50V RF Power Fet can already achieve an output of about 300 Watts with about 1.5 Watts input.
The big advantage is the high efficiency (about 75%) and low price (33 euro) of this fet.

RF head has this for sale for 175 euros.
Made bij Roosens Broadcast from France.
This version also has a low pass filter.
The result of Hipro-tech PCB are very promising from what I see on the internet.

This is the designer who can help you beyond this blurry photo.
The specification are very good and actually too good to be true but I have never been able to test his product(s) so I cannot judge that.
Can find me in everwhere he says except that story that you don't need a low pass filter with one of his designs.
Take a look at yourtube on his videos with explaining his products (you can find it with the name radio master / fmbroadcast).
