Pick a commercial station in the capital for music

So you're driving around London, no pirates are on, BBC are off, community stations don't count, all 3G networks are down, there's no talk radio either. What do you choose?

Captial Xtra On DAB though on FM think it would be Crapital.

I have no " choice " but to listen to them at work...
The same playlist every day, presenters that talk about remembering tunes that were pressed before they were born.
American style programming at its best.
