Not at all. Just a bit of a blip. Phever and co will be back soon. If not, others will come on.

Dublin

A relay of No. 1 FM from Moldova continues to broadcast to a small area on 105.7fFM.
Easyradio were testing on low power on 91.6FM last weekend, but since that time Phever has reappeared on that frequency.

Heat FM has also returned on 99.5 while NLR continue to broadcast on 87.6 on low power on Sundays.
Kiss FM who are now broadcasting on 99.2 have had a recent power increase.
Reckon Heat and Kiss will have to move or go off the air with Xmas FM testing soon. Since there have been a lot of recent changes, the pirates now on the air across the nation are:

Dublin

87.6 NLR (Sundays)
91.6 Phever
99.2 Kiss
99.5 Heat
105.7 No. 1 FM (relay)

Cork

87.5 Klub FM
87.8 Play-878
97.6 Cityview
104.9 DHR
106.4 Caroline
106.5 Hazard

Kerry

104.8 Tralees Beat FM (mono)

Waterford City

105.1 OpenTempoFM

North East

104.2 Storm North East (Storm NE)

forgot to mention Kiss FM on 99.2 in Dublin on that list, and no need to add this to the scan but for those who watch the MW band Radio North and Radio Star Country are on 846 and 981AM respectively in the north of Ireland, though they can be picked up in other parts of the country even during the day.

Unlikely you'll get them over in Wales I would imagine even on lifts or in good conditions, though you're likely to get a couple of Irish legals even on an average day just tuning around. You can pick up Welsh legals over here easily enough, I can pick up both BBC Wales and Cymru (not often with RDS but strong enough) over here. As it happens, a pirate station based in Dublin did broadcast to the coast of Wales on 92.0FM up until its closure a couple of months back, can't see them returning. Klub FM 87.5 in Cork have been heard in Wiggon, Manchester, Finland and a few other countries I believe. You probably have a fair chance of picking up Radio North 846 or Radio Star Country 981 (both AM pirates) with best results during the night as with everything AM. Those are the only 4 Irish pirates that I know of that have been heard outside of Ireland, although as I stated above you have a good chance of picking up the Irish legals though I wouldn't recommend it! Nevertheless where the pirates are concerned it's worth a try you might pick up one of those with a significant amount of power. Most operate 24/7 with the exception of Cityview 97.6 in Cork who broadcast in the afternoons and/or evenings depending, Caroline 106.4 another Cork station who broadcast on weekend daytimes, Beat 104.8 Tralee (Kerry) who broadcast all weekend and for the afternoons and evenings during the week and NLR 87.6 in Dublin who only broadcast on Sundays. The rest operate 24/7.

No that would be probably running pretty low power being a community station unlikely to pick it up here. From the UK here you can usually find BBC R2, R3 and R4, Wales and Cymru (and also R1 though not all the time.) Also once in Tramore in good conditions on a high point I got all of those, some French or Welsh thing, Radios Pembrookshire, Cornwall and Devon and Heart (London.) What Irish legals are you getting? I would imagine it's RTÉ/Today FM mostly?

UCB is a relay. I'm unsure where from. The last i heard of an fm relay in ireland was one from wicklow. They're used to be quite a few relays on years ago in ireland. I can't remember what frequencies though.

There were tonnes of UCB relays on AM coming from satellite a good while back, there were also a few on FM you are correct the most recent one was in Wicklow not too long ago.

Dublin:

Easyradio are now back yet again now broadcasting on 93.2FM pretty good signal when I was in Dublin on Saturday.
Phever have also strengthened their signal on 91.6.
Heat are now on 107.1, though have had no RDS lately.
Kiss FM have moved to 99.1 and NLR have changed the name to Chill and are now broadcasting a mix of chillout and reggae music at weekends on 87.6 on low power.

Cork:

Klub FM now rebranded and now include more live shows, great station with quite a strong signal that has been heard in other countries, though processing is quite bad at the moment.Seeing as there have been no changes in any other County except Dublin, I will simply include the current pirates on air there, for the other counties refer to my last update.

87.6 Chill (weekends, low power)
91.6 Phever
93.2 Easy
99.1 Kiss FM
105.7 No.1 FM (low power relay of a Turkish hit music station)
107.1 Heat (no RDS)

Heat now has RDS. Also in Dublin Energy, a 'golden oldies' pirate which broadcast from 2006-2014 has made a return to the air on 1395khz with a stronger signal than ever before. As it has just returned we cannot be sure but assume it will only broadcast at weekends as it did in the past.
Also might be able to pick it up in Wales Mark, most likely at night.
