Only getting 'tuned' white noise here with the awful kiss fm bleeding in. Signal 43dB with no rds

Definitely said test rds and the music last night sounded a lot like the thing recently on 98.3? And earlier the rds was the same but silent

I was locked in earlier and some D&B was playing. I also noticed RDS but figured they must be sorting some technicals out.

I thought for a while it was that (don't test ) thing because the music was like them as well
