Ofcom

Does anyone know, if you use a low power rig, are you less likely to get caught by Ofcom? I'm having an issue locating a tx site. Im currently at the moment I'm using the one site for both studio/broadcadting, which I'm just asking to be caught. Thought of hiding the tx underground or in a wall. Any ideas to minimise the risk? Thanks

No ideas how active they are up there, but if your close to the border you could go directional like the old border blasters.. Keep your tx on the opposite side of the border.. Legally offcom can do nothing, but they have been known to go out of their way.
