If they are covering Surrey and London it sounds like they will be on the same MUX as Release Radio, but I am far from a DAB expert so just assuming...

I'm surprised Kool London hasn't gone for a DAB license too, they gave up FM a while back to go legal online-only. Maybe they think DAB isnt worth it?

Yeah they are online-only which can be listened to all around the country and all around the world with 3G/4G/5G or what ever, not just within a little 5 mile radius with poor coverage and low audio quality. So yeah you are probably right. :tup

Yeh DAB is not the golden trophy tbh. I don’t see the amusement with it. Only Kisstory people listen to DAB.

A recent survey in Southern England of radio listenership found that just <8% of 18-25s listen to actual broadcast radio of any kind at all. Around 60% of them listened online. Most hadn't heard of DAB and thought that they wouldn't bother to get a DAB radio when they were told what it was!

:rip DAB really is DEAD AND BURIED :rip
"Why is my rig humming?"
"Because it doesn't know the words!"
