Lockdown BTN - https://lockdownbtn.radio12345.com/

They must be low power if they're calling themself a "micro fm community station".

Appropriate name given current affairs. Playing Jazz right now, quite a break from Dubstep...

I don't get why these Brighton dumb-asses keep on coming on London legal frequencies and confining themselves just to Brighton city. It makes no sense at all.

....not one of the 3 new licenced community stations came on over the top of any London frequencies because Ofcom aren't even that clueless to put them on one of those.

When CodeSouth was on 98.5 I used to get interference from BBC Radio 1 (London) only in Worthing just 10 miles away.

Anyway so much for this 88.8 thing, all I get at home is BBC Radio 2 from London and not a trace of it.

Has it been on 24/7? Someone I know was driving around north Brighton the other night and couldn't hear it at all...

I don't think they are 24/7.

"we play:-Ambient, Dub, Reggae, Ska, RaggaJungle, Drum and Bass, UKhiphop, House, Trap, Techno, Hardcore, Drumfunk."

Weird that they have DnB on that list, and then single out 'drumfunk', which AFAIK is a sub-style of DnB :D

Calling themselves a Micro FM station, so the tiny signal might be deliberate.

Heard a weak, silent carrier on 88.8 when I was over Brighton way on Saturday. Not sure is this is the same station.

It will be someone with a 30w sprog box from China.

Finally heard this station. Was over the Elm Grove area of Brighton on Saturday afternoon and the signal was pretty strong on 88.8. Nice audio quality too, so even if it is a 'Chinese sprog box', they've sussed out sound processing.

I only live in Worthing which isn't too far from Brighton but this station must be very low powered because I can't get a trace of it here, just a weak Radio 2.

...Good to see the low powered stations around Brighton making a come back though (even if I can't pick it up).
Back when i first moved here about 10 years ago there was at least four or five low-powered stations all coming from Brighton.

87.5/96.3 Analogue Underground Radio
88.3 Freedom FM
91.0 F.I.P
96.0 Unidentified (House/Trance)
101.4 Radio 4-A

The F.I.P relay had quite a big following before the raid! The guy who set it up was a very interesting man ...

Has anyone heard Laser Hot Hits who claim to be on '98.0 FM in southern England (south coast relay)' at the weekends? I've never heard them but then 'south coast' is a pretty vague location.
