bandscan

Post by frankie » Tue Aug 11, 2015 12:19 am

Hi all, hope we're well. Finally got round to buying an FM aerial for my technics stereo tuner - here's what i'm picking up tonight in north west london (nr brent cross). It's not the best tuner in the world and I had to mess about with the aerial with some of these so might invest in a proper radio to get some improved results

Another thing to note is that the tuner doesn't have RDS - so a lot of these names have been taken from the bandscan thread based on their frequency - feel free to make any corrections...

88.0 - Pulse (strong)
88.4 - Vision (average)
89.4 - Citylock (v. weak)

Ive was getting B2B much better last week (down south), wondered if they moved sites or changed aerial system?

I'm not picking them up down on the south coast any more, I had been hearing it for months....
