...Just heard the tragic news today - it comes with deep sadness to hear the Broadcast Warehouse legend Mr. Roger Howe has sadly passed away after a tragic accident.

An absolute top guy and huge part of not only the UK, but the whole world-wide radio scene, from pirates of the past to commercial licenced stations over the past 30+ years.

R.I.P Roger.

I was hoping this was a sick Aprils Fools joke, but I just see the guys at starpoint radio paying their respect. Very sad indeed. One of the real players in radio from day one. RIP Roger... Im gutted

Roger could be a complete PITA, but was a pretty good engineer. Sad that he's gone. Does anyone know what happened?

This news is a shock for us.

Roger was a very important person for us in the nineties and early zero's. In this period Loostad Radio was a free pirate radiostation in Apeldoorn. The expertise of Roger did let Loostad Radio grow. In sound, in transmission, in STL links.
We met each other different times in The Netherlands. And every year on the IBC in Amsterdam. Always fun.

Last year it was the last time.... We never did espect that this would be the last time. The last hug!

Roger R.I.P.

Thanks for everything.

He was exercising and fell through a third floor window.
