Been getting a silent carrier on this freq for the past few weeks, can't work out if its just to keep the freq or whether it's been used to test some kind of data service as I've heard bursts of noise every now and again. Anyone have any ideas?

I've picked this up on a large hill down on the south coast facing towards London a few times, just silence every time...
