I'm not a particular fan of social media but in today's age of the world wide web a lot of stations are also utilizing FB for live video feeds which is quite cool for the listener/viewer as you get a little butchers of the studio, something that one could only imagine back in the day.

It seemed quite popular to start with but now FB have brought in lots of copyright issues which mean a lot of tracks get muted in the video after the live feed has finished.

Oh really, personally i have not experienced that yet but i can see FB being difficult about that though.

Live shows often get shut down as well.

Rough Tempo, a drum & bass station based in Essex, appear to be streaming live on FB full-time these days. I don't think their streams ever get blocked, probably because their music is not very commercial, they play all DnB.

fb live will shut your stream down copy right blah....

The quality from Facebook is dross ! They use mono only 'hence' the dire sound quality.

I think FB have many issues in live video show.It isn't not a good platform for live show.

FB is horrible. It also has serious privacy problems, too.

People in the UK didn't want Identity Cards with all their details on them, then they gave all that information to everyone by joining FaceBook!
