Anyone ever used these aerials before?

Seen these on eBay for a good year or more, they look very strange but are they any good?

Was thinking the same thing
It's expencive because you need to buy also the balun from them :(
But for what i can see it's nothing more then a J antenna with a other base match nothing more :tup

That's 400 Watts reflected.
Mill finished boom and elements for highest levels of accuracy
Nothing special about that - mill finish is as it comes after being extruded.

They also are claiming that it's a 5 kW antenna but only supply a 1 kW balun.

Quoting dBi is misleading, too.

Hmmm, I've seen this too. Not convinced at all. :|
However, there was some guy selling a slim jim for this band on eBay a while back too. Anyone see that?
