RG213 VS LMR400 cable for 15W to 30W FM station? 10M

I use lmr-400 it's slightly better than rg213. But if lmr-400 is bent to much it can snap easily. But lmr-400 is good for broadcasting but rg213 can handle more bending without breaking.

will run-up to my loft so should be good I can use the rg 213 for the 5/8 wave if I get one up in the garden then.

Yea bare in mind that 5/8 waves are not best for sky high locations there designed for down lower because most of its power heads uphill, but don't get me wrong still will get out OK from sky high heights but not superbly. If it was a 1/2 wave vertical used at sky high heights the signal points downwards which is a certainty to cover more down below your location.

Yup which means lmr-400 has less db loss than rg213

in practice with 10m there is no difference if we are talking about range. the receiver is deaf at + - 0.3 decibels difference.
