Its not too difficult to come up with your own schematic for these devices, the output impedance at 50v/300w is going to be very similar to the output impedance at 13.8v/15w as per Albert's formula (vcc squared / 2 * power out).

Have a look at an existing schematic for the RD15HVF1 and use the output matching from this. Tweak it slightly for the best match, and of course you'll also need to use thick wire wound inductors to deal with the power - the thicker the better as you've got less skin effect, less resistance, less power wasted as heat.

Or the MRF101AN for FM broadcast is on internet/youtube and even a NXP design contest has won.

This RF mosfet is also for 50 volt supply voltage and with 1 Watt input it ouputs about 100 Watts.

(Dutch RF shop has the schematic and the PCB on his site).
