Just get a long plastic sink pipe about 2.8m long, cover it in tin foil.
Solder a wire on to some copper tape and stick it on the bottom of the foil coated pipe and solder the positive centre core of coax to it with one end of a 4 turn coil soldered to it as well, solder the outer earth of the coax to the other end of the coil.
Cover the foil coated pipe completely with selotape and Bob's your auntie! :idea:
