Lewey House, Bow, London E3

I spotted this massive double stack on this old photo of Lewey House, in Bow/Mile End.

Does anyone know who this was? ...As far as I'm aware all of the tall blocks around Tower Hamlets are now locked-off, but if the station is still up there and using it, then with all respect I'd rather not get an answer.

But as far as I know no one has been able to use this block for quite some time.

Any ideas?

Been told it was probably Live FM 101.5

Dunno why they stick it up that high. It’s not gonna make a lot of difference. It’ll probably last longer being lower down.

After I posted this I realised this photo was taken in 2005.
