Software to program RDS Encoder

Hi,
I purchased that RDS encoder ages ago on ebay. Unfortunately I don't have access to the software for programming it anymore. Does anyone know the circuit and might help with a link to the software?

show the back of the rs232 cnx , it can be monrds or mini rds

it must work , pretty sure mon rds have f88 sinus for hex
