Is this the weakest pirate station on the dial at the moment? It only seems to get out on a 3 miles range at the moment?

I think that your radio might be broken. It's fine throughout most of North and East London and out into Essex - unless their signal has taken a nosedive in the last 24 hours.

I'm not sure where b2b comes from but it definitely is not London wide? Gets no where as far as other stations

To Albert I forgot to ask you how come long running stations like lighting fm have and indeed this station B2B fm and RJR have got away with being only 2 mgz from the legals for so long?

I think it's because they are close to stations which can be received on other very close frequencies without any troubles 88.8 (89.1), 91.0 (91.3), where as stations like 97.3 only have one transmitter, sorry if that question was only for Albert lol....

Thank you? I forgot to mention that 93 fm doesn't last like 886 908 and 983 (the one that is only 2 points from radio 1) because 93.2 radio 4 is considered a quality speech station? And it is

So nothing close to even anything close to it has to be free even though you still got the 935 no one has held 93.0 for long ?

Gotta be the worst coverage easy for a 'London' station.... I know a lot of people all over London and the only people that can hear this are all around Tottenham.... further than that.... forget it

Thanks to the last 2 posts first one you are right this post should have been the main London one all along? my fault I started this one myself? I'm from the west and can't even pick up the station you said? We have a station on 93.0 now on the west side of London now? A reggae station? and thanks to the 2nd post you answered my original question about B2B 886 reception when I first said it was much weaker than it used to be I used to pick it up in Windsor Great Park but not for 15 months now?

Yes I didn't put 93.0 the first time because no one has lasted and established themselves? and slam radio I'm sure won't last to long there either?

So 93.0 is the one that has lasted the least time? I was thinking about lighting radio 90.8 they started in January 1989 and always said lighting 90.8 fm but until 1994 they were actually on 91.0 fm because that was when the BBC got 88.8 R2 91.0 R4 Rd 98.5 and classic fm 100.6 ?so all those excellent frequency were gone over night and when you had the likes of sunrise 8875 lighting 91.0 and starpiont 93.2 they got out for miles

B2B seem to be on a low site. Their signal is fine in most of north, east and south-east London, but suffers to the west. Their choice of frequency is poor with the BBC R2 just 200 kHz above them. They also get completely wiped out during "lifts" by other BBC R2 regional transmitters.

Thanks Albert I last heard them in Windsor Great Park properly in may 2015 and they must have been hit a lot about this time because they were of and on like a yo yo in the 2 months before that, lighting on the other hand holds the record for keeping 90.8 almost from the day the radio 3 crystal palace came on and it gets out quite well and I can listen on 90.85 because radio 3 is nice and quiet but even when 88.6 had more power if you tried listing to it the radio 2 888 when they had their pop music on it was to much interfaces to listen to house fm and later B2B fm
