Picked up some drum & bass around Basildon today - signal was cutting in and out - The RDS shows DONTTEST - its not RISE on the return is it?

Getting it weak at home in Worthing next to the super-strong Radio 1 98.2, it's by far strongest station I'm getting with one signal bar flickering.

That's just one of the tracks on their playlist, heard the same track played last night but it's mainly DnB. Heard someone live on there last night saying they're setting up the studio and no phoneline yet etc.

Interesting and actually a station I can pick up.
I wonder could it be the same thing that was on 91.6?
As that was only other signal I pick up or maybe have moved down from 99.1 but hope it stays on.

Rise are from basildon these are in south what a beyond stupid question. Also the owner of rise is currently on crack cocain so has no funds or plans to return to the fm

Got a mate up in Maidstone whos into pirate radio, I forgot to say he heard something on 98.3 and thought it was Rise but it said something like "Dont FM" well this confirms its "DontTest" what a shit name! but must be getting out a fair whack! it was heard in Maidstone anyway. I tried just now here in Thanet but again I just get white noise. I did however just get some DnB on 91.6, is this the same boys?
