This stations signal is big booming in Slough and Windsor I am surprised they are getting away with it only 2 points from 973 lbc in the past stations on 97.1 were quite weak and still didn't last long last night anything strong on 97.1 was unknown and later ice cold fm. And also I could pick up 97.8 Croydon fm and I didn't 978 would be that good?

Weak but listenable signal in Bermondsey SE1. If it's coming in loud and clear in Slough and Windsor perhaps it's a West London tx site.

I don't know where they are from it's been going at least 12 years now it used to be on 94.2 for a few years first

This station appears to have very recently changed tx sites, or antenna, or power, as it is now one of the strongest signals here in Bermondsey SE1. Mono signal, no RDS.

Update: there appears to have been more engineering work as this signal is now even stronger, really crystal clear here in Bermondsey SE1. They have also added RDS: LSR LIVE

That been on thier RDS for a while now and it's amazing that they have such a big signal just point 2 away from LBC 97.3 and are getting away with it

I get a good signal from LSR. Some of their djs are excellent, their sound improved some time ago.

Still sounds that way to me, which is such a shame. It also puts me off from listening.

To be fair, it does seem a bit more improved but they need to keep tweaking.
