Usb to serial for RDS Encoder!
What circuit can I use to program RDS encoders using USB ? I’m sick of getting my huge desktop out just to program a pic. Iv bought one online before but it didn’t work.

You want one that has proper rs232 outputs not just ttl. Something like this

You looking for the whole pic programmer? What rds board are you using?

Just looking for something to program the RDS (for example put the words on the screen) not program the hex. But I wanna do it via USB TO SERIAL so I don’t have to keep getting my old brick out. But I tried using a cable in the past and doesn’t work. I think sinus wrote somewhere why this is the case.
