There are a couple of other FETs that will work in that board too, with very minor changes. I used to build them with SRF1616 or MRF151 (not the "G" version obviously). My version of the board was slightly narrower, but longer to accommodate a 2-stage lowpass filter and a screen to separate the filter coils from the rest of the board.
