Don't worry - the FM licences for Heart, Crapital and Absolute will expire soon enough, and they'll be off to the wastelands of DAB. FM Band II will then be fair game for a few years. I'm going to have 95.8MHz and 97.3MHz just for the hell of it!

Anyone that lives in the area knows this estate / block and know they havent let pirates on the there for about 4 years now L&Q took over the housing contract. Seems silly as the station it is should know them blocks very well and know that nobody has lasted more than a week up there in recent years

You mean both their listeners?

Their audience is so small that it doesn't register on the RAJAR ratings. They are probably wasting their time.

I doubt they are RAJAR subscribers which is why it won't show

RAJAR log every radio station. "Subscribers" are allowed to see the figures and their (pretty inaccurate) analyses of "reach".

Wishful thinking. I suspect the stations mentioned will realise the desolate nature of DAB and the fact their listership will fall off a cliff when they leave good old omnipresent FM (if they haven't already), and beg Ofcom for licence renewals.
