No worries. To my knowledge all you’re missing is Carlow FM on 88.1 in Carlow.

Thanks. I presume the other carlow radio is gone then?

I don’t know much about what’s happening with that one. The owner says he’s testing intermittently, but I haven’t heard it in months. 93.7 is the frequency if you want to put it in the scan anyways

Dubliners are being advised to keep an ear out for an old station which is to relaunch June bank holiday weekend on 88.1 and 99.1FM.

Interesting they are going for 2 frequencies.

It is, although it's happened once or twice before of late. You might remember Phever using both 91.6 and 93.2 for a while.

I believe so anyways, although I realise that when I was notifying you of any stations you forgot above, I forgot to include the oldies station in New Ross on 105.4.

Is this still on? I heard they moved to 106.8 after Newstalk came on 106.4, but I was in the area recently and did not pick them up.

I would assume that Kiss FM's output will be taken from this, if it's the same one as last time.

True. By the way, just when you get a chance, Flirt FM Laois is on 106.6 as opposed to 106.7. :)

Does this Energy in Meath have any web presence at all? Never heard of it, and no mention of it on the other thread either.

friday june 15th 2018

dublin main updates.
Hot fm on 94.3 are again experiencing jamming from an unknown source, which is putting out a strong tone. this time it is apparently wiping them out over dublin. they have been experiencing intermittent jamming for the past week or 2, however this was low power and only blocked the station in some areas of the city and county.
trax fm on 107.1 are now broadcasting in the evenings only. Presumably this is temporary, while things die down after the recent comreg activity in dublin.
Phever 91.6 fm remain off air but are broadcasting online. Hopefully they will make a speedy return to the air.

According to the owner's Facebook page, Flirt FM is, as of 24 June, still on 106.6FM.
Fair play to them in any case, they're one of the better pirates out there when they're on, which is good, especially when they're the only alternative station to the legals in the midlands.
