The dance/house pirate, possibly the one I'm talking about? They are better off using 93.2 as they will never have to go to the hassle of moving for the temps i.e. 8Radio, Xmas FM etc.

PM if you feel comfortable. But isn't 102.9 close enough to Dublin City on 103.2? 0.3mhz away.

The Heart80s relay is still on 99.0 in Dublin. The No. 1 FM relay on 105.7 has been replaced with a relay of Absolute 80s.

Sorry I missed this in your confirmation: I'm pretty sure the 99.0 relay is of Heart80's.

102.9 is used by East Coast FM and it can be heard clearly in some parts of Dublin.

Spektrum have been saying that for some months now. I have not heard any tests broadcasts from them, so this may be a pipe dream. It would however be mildly amusing from an anorak perspective if they appeared on 105.2.

Maybe I'm missing the point but why would it be amusing?
Anyway Soulcity are on 105.2 and getting out a good way. Only free frequencies in Dublin (that never get temps) are 92.0 and 93.2. Others are free but would suffer from interference in certain parts.

Because the predecessor to Phantom on 105.2 was called Spectrum. They even had an anorak hour every weekend where they would talk about all things radio, including band scans.

93.2 is the next best available frequency in my opinion. It has been used by pirates for years. It is squeezed between two stong RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta frequencies though. 88.1 and 94.3 are clear now but are often allocated to temps, but I'm not aware of any on the horizon. Not sure about anybody using 92.0 to be honest - there's a relay of Spirit Radio on 92.1.

Any RDS? Is it doing low power testing in west Dublin or do you just mean that's where you yourself are picking it up?

Probably the same station that has hopped from frequencies between 99.2 and 101.4 the last while that only broadcast at nights/on weekends.

Heat was either off or the signal was extremely weak in Dublin today.
Other stations I received were:
87.6 Chill FM
91.6 Phever
107.1 Trax
Pretty sure Soulcity were on the list, but not 100%. Energy also on 1395.
