I noticed a lot of stations from the south west (Devon, Somerset) appearing on my FM radio over the weekend, so it might have just been down to conditions....unless the new 89.8 signal hasn't changed and is still pumping through the same this morning.

I was getting it round Slough and Windsor in my car like I used to about 10 years ago it's not going really far out just a lot better than the recent signal strength that was only working in central and north London

It is not a fluke I am still getting it well in central Slough in spite of a radio 2 89.8 relay in reading

It was about 11 years ago that Keithley stopped buying rigs from K & D - when he ran out of the good ones, he started using any old junk he could get hold of.....

Especially the last few years some only got out about 4 miles radius so where do you think this improved tx has come from? I have been able to hear it almost properly driving round slough and Windsor for the first time in ages

They usually transmit direct from a house so they are probably are just on a block again for the Christmas period I should imagine

they've been knocking out more power for a few months.. although I cannot get them at the moment.
I noticed when driving the RDS pulled to iJuice on the fringes..
