96.5 Kurdi FM

Hi folks,
This been mystery at my QTH since November last year. Yesterday there was a tropo enhancement (that keeps going into today's morning) and I received only the PI code. Here is the video:
Today I received an RDS data: KURDi_FM

Anyone getting this one in London or it's just me???
