Clockwork was up Pulse FM 90.6's block about a year ago and it still has 'PULSE' spraypainted on the roof wall. Think Pulse went off about 1994 or 1995.

"This is PULSE FM, broadcasting on the frequency of ninety point six, This is PULSE FM, broadcasting on the frequency of ninety point six"

I thought clockwork was one of the euptuon djs , and i vaguely remember something on london news about pulse fm and that they were blaming the music power owners in bethnal green for its existance .
Unity 88.4 ( my old favourite ) had a spray painted billboard in romford on the roundabout advertising itself with the writing " weekends" . According to a friend of a friend it was A-Sides who climbed up and done it

Yeah Total Music, got a Kool FM car sticker from there back in 1993 bit like the one on my Avatar.

....Think they were also behind the Soapbar records Hardcore/Jungle label.
