The photo at the top is of the Turkish board which is sold on Ebay. A few people have tried these and all had problems with the performance, none are doing the power specified.
I think it's a bad copy of a Dutch design. Maybe one of our Dutch friends will see this thread and be able to help.

That is crap board and it can be said just by the look on it. Best thing is to remove all the components and place it on the new double side PCB with proper grounding, connectors and shielding.

Analyser thanks for you :)

radio garfield i want to try i need the coils size and component layout of the original board i only get 3 watts

Your 3 Watts will be a mess with that horrible board.

Strip it and start again!

Maximus has it right there, but what he really means is it's only €20 to buy a new, proper one.

I just bought a pair of these mosfets and am trying to get one working at 89.1 MHz while I wait for a new 2SC1946 to arrive for my other project. Theres a guy on ebay selling one that is supposedly wide band but I can't seem to locate it at the moment. It was very minimal in parts count though. Had 2 separate pads to solder your input RF to, one for 100-300mw, the other for 1 to 1.5W.

Has anyone tried building the test circuit on the data sheet? It's spec'd for 175MHz but I have a feeling it may work ok for our FM band:

This is the pic I was looking for earlier. Looks pretty simple to me.

Also this one:
88-108MHz_15W com rd15hvf1.gif
both are marketed as Wideband for 88-108MHz FM.

I think I'd build them with through hole parts instead of SMD but that's just me. Looking closer, both circuits are pretty damn similar. I think I'm gonna put together a PCB for the bottom diagram and give it a go with one of my bug type xmitters....

I'd be ok with 11 watts for the first try. Not sure how much heat these guys put off but it would make a nice little transmitter not much bigger than a deck of cards. I wish I could find a PCB layout for the amp. I'm working on drawing it in MS paint then printing it on a thermal transfer sheet for etching. I have two of the RD15s but from the datasheet it says it will tolerate 20:1 SWR! Thats a tough little chip!

Heres the PCB layout I'm gonna use to copy the above diagram. I put guide holes in it to replace SMD components with through-hole.
RD15 PCB FINAL.jpg
The pad in the middle with no holes does not seem to have a purpose. I included it in my drawing because it was in the original diagram, though I am uncertain what the original designer was planning on doing with it. It's not in the way of anything except more ground plane.

I just realized the top pads for the RD to mount to need to have their isolaters run all the way out to the edge. Anyone using this is urged to modify the file with MS paint to extend the standoffs to the edge of their board.

Here, this ones a little prettier.

This one i already done it and result to me was as i said see in video i get 9w so i wait youre experience and let me know
Tye results for a wideband i think i burnt the rd in half or it was a trucjo chinese copy not original
