Hello and thanks for both of you Shedbuilt and shorty yes today i will try what shedbuilt say to me about one output and pin 6 shorted to ground and frequency to lock on 96 will do and report back

but 1question is pin 6 must always after the test be coupled to ground or only in the test process ?

Looking at the schematic radium posted and the sip pinout, it looks to be pin1 Ground, pin2 out1 not connected, pin 3 f out, pin4 +5v, pin5 f in, pin6 coupled to ground.
